Bookings & Payment
Payment for services is due as agreed during the booking process, unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Any deposit or staged payment arrangements will be set out in your written quote.
Cancellations
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling be made with as much notice as possible. Please contact us directly to discuss any changes to a booked appointment or job.
Workmanship & Guarantees
We are fully insured and stand behind the quality of our work. Any guarantee terms specific to your job will be confirmed in your written quote or invoice.
